    No, this is not a therapy group. This is a psychoeducation and process group designed to provide tools, skills, and supportive discussions to help manage anxiety. While therapeutic concepts are introduced, this group does not replace individual therapy.

  • Do I need to share personal details to participate?
    Not at all! Sharing is encouraged but never required. You can participate at your comfort level, whether by actively contributing to discussions or simply listening and learning from the group.

  • Who is this group for?

    This group is specifically designed as a safe space for Black women who are experiencing anxiety and seeking support, practical tools, and a sense of community. Whether you’re new to anxiety management or looking to enhance your coping skills, this group is for you.

  • What if I can’t attend all 6 sessions?
    Because this is a closed group, consistent attendance is encouraged to ensure the best experience for everyone. However, life happens, and missing a session won’t exclude you from continuing. Please reach out if you anticipate scheduling conflicts.

  • What is the refund and payment policy?
    Payment for the group can be made as a one-time fee of $300 (discounted from $360) or in weekly installments of $60 per session (charged automatically).

    Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, as this is a closed group with limited spots. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us directly to discuss options.

    Each session includes a mix of education, skill-building activities, and open discussions. Each week you will learn new skills that you can use to help you create your own personal toolkits for managing stress.

  • How do I join, and what technology do I need?
    You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a device with Zoom installed, and a quiet space for sessions. Once you register, you’ll receive all the information needed to join the virtual group, including session links and reminders. We ask that everyone who joins turns their camera on to create as much of an intimate environment as possible.
