A recent study by Michael Freeman stated that 49% of all entrepreneurs are at-risk of at least one mental illness.

The same study also proved that entrepreneurs are:

2x more likely to have suicidal thoughts

2x more likely to be hospitalized for psychiatric ailments

2x more likely to have lifelong depression

6x more likely to have ADHD

3x more likely to be addicted to toxic substances

11x more likely to be bipolar (extreme happiness – extreme anxiety)

With that being said these numbers show us that business programs CANNOT afford leave mental health out of the conversation concerning their clients business development.

Wellness Support Services Components:

Skill Building: Each group session participants will learn specific skills surrounding topics such as: anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, mindset shifting, emotional regulation, mindfulness and more. Skills will be tailored to meet the needs of the group.

Resources to Build Mastery: Participants will collect tools and skills inside of each session; however after session is when the real work starts. Each session will end with "homework" assigns to complete in between sessions.

Holistic Healing Sessions: Participants will get the opportunity to connect back to their bodies through engage in holistic healing practices as such as yoga, mediation and sound baths to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, burnout and stress.

Coordinated Support with Program Coaches: Wellness Support staff will work with program coaches and individual to help track progress and/or provide and outside resources as needed.

Group Sharing: Each session participants will have the opportunity to group share. This allows for participants to include the group in their successes and struggles and not only get professional guidance, but guidance from the group.
